For the past 5 months, I have been doing my internship at SenangNvs Kuala Lumpur, as an RPA Developer & IT Business Analyst Intern.
This journey has been an incredible learning experience where I had the opportunity to:
➤ Develop automation workflows using the Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint).
➤ Build a chatbot with Copilot Studio for Q&A (internal use).
➤ Work with tools such as Biztory, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, and Excel to support reporting and automation.
➤ Set up and deploy Taiga as a project management tool to manage tasks, track progress, and improve team collaboration.
➤ Design and deploy article website with SEO optimization and hosting.
➤ Strengthen my skills in data science, web development, automation, and IT business analysis while collaborating with the engineering, product and admin teams.
I’d like to thank my supervisor at SenangNvs, Mr Mahesh Lakshmanan (Head of engineering), for his continuous guidance and support throughout this internship.
A special thanks also goes to my university supervisor, Dr. Nor Haniza Mohd Khir, for her encouragement and for traveling all the way from Alor Setar to Kuala Lumpur to attend my final internship presentation. Your support mean a lot.
